Balloon Cars

An easy experiment to do at home, balloon cars gave students the opportunity to engineer and build their own car – powered only by balloons! Kids were introduced to the concepts of kinetic energy, potential energy, and Newton’s 3rd Law of Motion. Once they tested and fine-tuned their prototype, students “drove” their car along a makeshift track!
